Seems that being Daniel Negreanu's Poker Protege is a good thing. A very good thing, in fact. Brian Fidler, who won Daniel's contest last month, has placed second in the Lake Tahoe World Series of Poker Circuit Event. Brian won $206,800 for his efforts. As protege, Fidler won one-on-one instruction with Negreanu as well as entries into four different $10,000 main event poker tournaments, of which this was his first.
First place in the event went to Clinton Baskin who took home $372,240.
